Studio Policies

• All sessions require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking w/ balance due at beginning of session.
• Clock starts at scheduled time (NO EXCEPTIONS) and sessions are billed in half-hour increments.
• The last 30 minutes of each session is designated for rendering data & creation of master/duplicate cd’s/dvd’s. Please plan accordingly.
• Refreshments are not provided and will not be allowed around equipment. You are welcome to BYO, just please consume of them responsibly.
• Please refrain from smoking within the studio. Smoking is allowed outside.
• Hard drive masters will be held for 1 week only. Client is responsible for requesting any necessary back-ups of any material.
• No master’s, CD’s, DAT’s, etc. will be released until all accounts are paid in full.
• Client provided media should be approved at least 24 hours prior to session.
• Only persons directly involved in production should be on premises unless prior permission is granted by studio management
• Cash is King. However, credit card payments will be accepted via PayPal w/ full payment due at time of booking.
• No-shows & booked time-slots left unused will be billed for half the time reserved, unless provided with a 48-hour advance notice.
